eBay to Acquire Skype
eBay announced that they agreed to acquire Skype Technologies for about $2.6 billion in up-front cash and eBay stock, plus potential performance-based consideration. That’s a great opportunity for Skype to continue its developement and imagine the Skype integration possibilities within eBay and PayPal web sites…
