I don’t know nothing about .NET but yes sometimes people don’t know what they are talking about. I had 2 experiences with ScriptLance as a Webmaster and the 2 times it was great. But I took care to choose a programmer with good feedback and not the cheapest because there bids where not realistic (160 hours of work for 200$ is not really realistic! For that particular project I selected a 2500$ bid).
