I made the mistake of choosing 1and1.com as my hosting Co. They were unable to correctly help me publish my web site and asked me to find more competant technical help. I tried to repoint my web site to oneworld.com but they will not repoint my IP files. This is hurting our business and costing us in lost revenue.
Is there anything I can do for retribution against this hosting co.
It been 3 weeks of constant e-mauls back and forth and they are no doubt impeeding the process.
